How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
Starting prices vary, and use of the amenities is free!
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
We have a full fitness center, package lockers, dog wash station, bike storage areas, and a 2nd floor pavilion which includes our beautiful pool that overlooks the Columbia river!
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Yes, we are very pet friendly! There is a 2 pet maximum, with a $300 pet fee, $300 pet deposit per pet and up to $60 in pet rent per month. There is a breed restriction for dogs and we have a dog wash station on-site.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
We offer 12-month leases, and shorter-term leases are subject to availability. Please inquire with our office team if your circumstance requires a shorter lease.
How do I schedule an in-person or virtual tour?
You can either contact our office directly to schedule a tour, or utilize our booking feature on our website in the bottom right corner by clicking "Book a tour."
How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
Click "Apply Now" on the top of our website page and follow the instructions, or contact the office directly, and we can email you a link to our application page. Our application fee is $46, plus any applicable transaction fees. Our income requirement is 2.5 times the base rent.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Resident parking is $150 per space. Inquire with our office for 2nd space availability. There are no guest parking inside our building garage, but they may utilize street parking, or the parking structure nearby.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
Residents are responsible for all utilities. Gas and electric utilities are paid directly to the utility company and all other utilities are paid to the property.
Is the community gated or secured?
Yes, only residents are able to access the parking garage with an assigned FOB.
What schools serve the community?
Hough Elementary, Discovery Middle and Columbia River High Schools serve our community.
What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?
Our community has quick access to C-tran public transportation, and we have quick access to highways such as I5, SR 500 and Highway 14.
What restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment are nearby?
We are walking distance to any waterfront restaurant and wineries! We have a New Seasons Market 1 mile away.
What parks, trails, and outdoor recreation are close to the community?
We have the beautiful Vancouver Waterfront Trail right outside our front door, along with being 1.6miles from the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site.
What makes this apartment community unique compared to other apartments in the area?
Our community has amazing waterfront views, along with our 2nd floor pavilion pool that faces the beautiful Columbia River!
